The Site Content and other information submitted or made available by Site Users is not verified or reviewed in any way before it appears on the Site. We Are Plumbing Pros does not warrant the validity or accuracy of any such Site Content.

Requirements

The We Are Plumbing Pros Offerings are available only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. License Grant

  • Your breach of the Agreement
  • Any dispute between you and any Site User or third party
  • Your violation of any rights of another individual and/or entity

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WE ARE PLUMBING PROS OFFERINGS AND/OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES THAT YOU MAY APPLY FOR THROUGH SAME ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW.

In particular, but not as a limitation thereof, We Are Plumbing Pros makes no warranty that: (A) the We Are Plumbing Pros Offerings will meet your requirements; (B) the We Are Plumbing Pros Offerings will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; or (C) the results that may be obtained from the use of the We Are Plumbing Pros Offerings will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

Because We Are Plumbing Pros has no control over such third party websites and/or resources, you hereby acknowledge and agree that We Are Plumbing Pros is not responsible for the availability of such third party websites and/or resources.

Dispute Resolution Provisions

The Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Delaware and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (without regard to conflict of law principles).

You hereby agree to arbitrate all claims that may arise under the Agreement. Should a dispute arise between you and We Are Plumbing Pros, the parties agree to submit their dispute for resolution by arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (the "AAA") in Delaware or the county of your residence, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration rules of the AAA.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not bring, join or participate in any class action lawsuit as to any claim, dispute or controversy that you may have against We Are Plumbing Pros.
